The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning into the home straight involving Chiquitita Bee, ridden by Adam Caffrey, Littlepacer, ridden by C. Geerdharry, and Westminster Waltz, ridden by G.F. Carrol, where it appeared both Chiquitita Bee and Littlepacer had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Adam Caffrey stated that he maintained his line and received a bump from behind. C. Geerdharry stated that he had room down the inside when the horse on his outside rolled in. G. F. Carroll stated that he was one off the rail throughout but when another runner went past his mount rolled very slightly. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to advise Adam Caffrey to ride with more consideration in future. Having been informed of the nature of the enquiry and his right to be accompanied, C. Geerdharry elected to proceed without accompaniment.
